Purposes of Processing
LNK Logistics collects and processes customers' personal data for customer and order management (including customer administration, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, creditworthiness follow-up, profiling, and the sending of marketing and personalized advertising).
Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data are processed based on Article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Transfer to Third Parties
If necessary to achieve the intended purposes, customers' personal data will be shared with other companies within the Willaert-Van Boom BVBA group within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly connected to LNK Logistics or with any other partner of LNK Logistics. LNK Logistics guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
Retention Period
Personal data processed for customer management will be retained for the period necessary to meet legal requirements (including accounting).
Right of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Restriction, Objection, and Portability of Personal Data
Customers have the right to access their personal data at any time and can have them corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them deleted, restrict their processing, and object to the processing of personal data concerning them based on Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling based on these provisions.
Additionally, customers have the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format) of their personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.

Direct Marketing
Customers have the right to object free of charge to any processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
